Root's always been one of the best players of spin in LO cricket whenever I've seen him, half the reason why he has a very healthy strike-rate is due to his ability to pinch runs off the spinners in the middle overs. Glad to see that it is the same story in red ball cricket (think he scored a century on the last tour too). Could be massive in India especially with Lawrence looking competent versus spin too.
