Jose, disappointing result tonight, what went wrong?

JM: Nothing went wrong. We performed well and I am proud of my players. we should of had a goal, but the referee and his "pal" had other ideas. Wayne Rooney was robbed. England was robbed.

Yeah, the replay did show that it was a tight decision and possibly the referee did get that one wrong. Do you feel a need for technology and video replays to the introduced into the game to avoid these mistakes?

JM: Of course. If this mistake had not of happened I feel that we would of won the game. I know that this is a friendly, but say we were in the World Cup Final, then that mistake would of been proven costly.

Do you feel that your defenders let you down, with their slapdash defending at set-pieces?

JM: Yes my back-four were not that good tonight but at least they had a better performance than the referee.
