England's tour of India - 2021

Yeh, bowl at India at just the right time. What could go wrong?

I'm trembling here.....

England looking comfortable. Picking up two wickets is good but gotta ensure there's a 3rd one before the session ends. Crawley looking in sublime form and belting boundaries whenever possible.
Seriously if from now on you post stating anything other than India are going to win test...... :mad :p

See above post :facepalm

english pals, you take on gill's catch?

Real time it looked out, on replays it didn't. Probably not out, but one where it's very easy to see what you want to see

Definitely less controversial if there are neutral umpires, regardless of the decision made
That is definitely a must and something that needs to happen sooner, NEUTRAL UMPIRES. Real time it definitely looked out and on reply otherwise. If we survive the next hour post dinner, the game would be in favor of us on Day 1.

This is India's match to lose now and if we have a dew factor today, then best of luck to English bowlers. :p

Like I know cricket is good, but are the covid outbreaks really gonna be worth it?
I did read that for the Chennai match there was supposed to be social distancing and mask wearing but didn't see much. Maybe I was wrong on that.

But if Wikipedia is accurate, they've had 4300 deaths from a 60 million population in Gujarat. We probably had that many in February in the UK.

I am certainly shocked with the number of people in the stadium and 75% of them not wearing a mask. Its baffling to see that nobody gives a damn anymore.

Do not go by the numbers. I definitely think its forged. Yes, India has handled covid a little better but the numbers are not telling the true picture.

haven't followed it closely, but in India I believe the pandemic was wide but mild, i.e. lots of infections but much lower hospitalisation and death rates than elsewhere.

there are possible explanations for this that 15 months ago wouldn't have been controversial but would now put you up there with Trump injecting bleach

Gill needs a big one here. He has to get in and work hard.
