England's tour of India (Nov '16/Feb '17)

Left-Right combination I guess.

The problem with us is, we don't utilize the power play. Look at Roy, Guptill, Warner, deKock and even Sharjeel. Every team has someone who can play well in PP and Rohit/Rahane/Dhawan takes "time" to settle down and gets dismissed after "settling down". And pressure comes to Kohli again !

It's about the combination. You can understand R Sharma taking time because once he gets in, he will cash in. I think KL Rahul is a good guy who has improved a lot and needs to just be backed. We have the artillery, the issue is this absolute crush that the Indian management has on Dhawan.

Not too much of a dissimilar innings to Dhawan from Rahul.
He didn't play his natural game. He should've smashed every ball which he faced. Some members think that he will play too many risk shots and he tried to change it in this game. What was the outcome? Pressure kept on building and he got out. :facepalm

If Kohli and Jadhav stick together and play atleast 40 overs, like the way they are playing. I'm sure India will be needing around 50-80 runs in the last 10 overs.

We're losing this, Kohli will get out in the 90s, ducks for the tail with 10s and 20s from Pandya/Ash & Jad.

If Jadhav and Kohli keep this going it will be good for the team.

I think Ashwin is only good in Test matches and he doesnt play very well in the LO's. I think the best thing to do is to rest him for Tests and bring someone new, like Jayant Yadav or like Chahal . I think Jaddu has to improve his batting as he barely has star batting performances. I think his bowling is suited to LO's as well. He can whack the ball real hard, but he needs to step up at this point.

I am pretty sure Raina wouldn't have done what Jadhav is doing now.
