Tevez and his dummy :D Games like that where we scrape a win without Rooney and everyone apart from Ronaldo not in the best form and Tevez p front on his own which he's not suited to make me beleive we'll do it again. Chelsea are doing pretty well considering all the crap they've got to put up with. I did really well on fantasy football today apart from the fact my strikers were Yakubu and Rooney! Hope to see Bentley and Richards make my week tomorrow. Anyway bring on the toon! Also did someone deliberately arrange it so Arsenal would get all the team who had just played us making life a lot easier for them. Anyway I really hope we beat the toon.

Oh. Ok. Maybe you should be saying 'sack Benitez'? He's turned Liverpool into a great cup side and that's about it! You won't win the Premiership with him (actually, I can't see you winning it with anyone) :p

Cup side is better than a nothing side under Houllier.

In 2001...awful team he left in 2004. Biscan (before he played well), Traore, Cheyrou, Diao, Heskey...

well another well deserved victory for Wenger and his kids...2-0 up inside 20 minutes against the side who beat Man Utd...not a fluke either...played good football and if they really wanted to, they maybe could have got 1-2 more...had a reasonable pen shout turned down to which to me was a blatant handball...nevertheless a good win against a resiliant west ham side...and Eduardo suddenly started to score...but his place will be under doubt when persie gets back but than adabeyor is goin to african nations cup so he still has time to prove himself...

It's not that Eduardo has suddenly started to score. Its that he's actual got a chance at last in the first team in the Premiership.

and Adebayor won't be going to the African nations. Shame all your goals came through long balls boring football apparently whilst ours was beautiful :p

oh yeah i forgot...he won't be goin...so eduardos chances will be limited again...

oh yeah...did you see the first goal today by eduardo...absolutle class...and the 2 he scored against everton...

How come adebayor isnt going to the Cup? The one thing i wish is if Man Utd could bring in Berbatov maybe on a part exchange with Saha. They were talking about it on Gillette Soccer Special

I expected a much tougher test from West Ham. I would have thought that the victory against Manchester United would have given them extra impetus to beat us but I'm glad that wasn't the case. Eduardo is a fantastic finisher. A genuine striker. He struggled earlier on but this run of first team games has helped him find his groove.

Adebayor has really grown as well. He had a bad streak of about a month in October/November without scoring any but he's got pace, strength, a great finish and can head the ball. He's no Henry but he's in the Henry mold and there are a lot worse players to emulate in world football.

As for Fulham/ Chelsea, I knew Chelsea would win. They're great at coming back and Fulham holding a lead is like a sieve holding water. It's not gonna happen. They were brilliant in the first half but Chelsea completely dominated the second.

Even if Berbatov comes to Man U, he won't be a regular starter. Rooney and Ronaldo are guaranteed starters. It's a toss up between Berbie, Giggsy and Teves...y. Teves will probably get the nod because of his partnership with Rooney and Fergie might not risk him playing out wide instead of Giggs.

Because Togo is a really weak team and didn't qualify.

Lol. Spurs fans make me laugh. Not only do they support the worst team in the world, but they've been e-mailing SSN saying that they should bring in the likes if Mexes, Cannavaro, Puyol and Materazzi to bolster their absolutely woeful defence. Yeah.

We really weren't great at all today, I just stand there shouting at times, "shoot, shoot". It seems like sometimes we try to do an Arsenal from last year and try and pass the ball into the net.

Our goal was brilliant, just quality from quality players. I guess it could be slightly controversial but we were well within our right to keep play going. Park was great today, I'd say our best player, especially after he's just come back from injury. I'm still not convinced by Nani, there's just something about the way he plays that makes me unsure whether he'll become a great player.

It was good to see minutes of applauses across the country for Phil O'Donnell today. What happened was shocking and RIP to him.

Well Nanis only 21 and isn't playing every week so I wouldn't judge him yet. Even if Berbatov joined our front 4 would remain Giggs, Tevez, Rooney, Ronaldo as first choice. Although we play better like we do now instead of with a striker imo, look how much better we are without Ruud. 12 games, 2 goals, 4 assists. Not bad for Nani anyway. Better than Andersons 13,0,0 anyway :p
