the last time we drew our first 2 games we won the treble. Stil fairly confident we should win the league, Hargreaves will be a key part of our team. Can't believe Ronaldo got sent off but he needs a bollocking from Fergie, he was getting to good. Not worried about that either, what pisses me off is this isn't Manchetser uniteds way of doing things, i wouldn't mind as much if we drew 3-3 but 1 goal in 2 games isn't good enough. We don't have a history of playing boring football like Liverpool or Arsenal (unitl recently) and fergie always goes on about how we play great football. Ain't seen any of that yet! Oh well makes the win in the derby sooo much more likely, can't see us dropping points 3 times on the bounce. Chelsea have still got the African nations to get through and when our signings are settled I doubt they will be good enough to stop us winning the league.

I try and think of the positives, things like that we lost at Pompey last season, but then reality sets in and I realise we're 5 points behind the blue noses from the council house, we're 5 points behind Chelski, we're still a point behind the Scousers.

The thing that makes me even more annoyed is that we by all accounts were brilliant in the first half. We deserved to win the game, but we didn't push home our advantage when we had it.

We can't afford to draw against Pompey and Reading if we want to win the Premiership, I really thought we had learnt our lesson from the way we came out of the blocks like a steam train last season.

One All!!!! To The Pompeeeeeeeeeeeeey!!!!! One All To The Pompeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey!!!!!

Who have a game in hand...

do you think he didn't realise that, either way its still pretty poor for united to be a point behind them

What do you count as boring football? If Liverpool and Arsenal playing boring football, watching Bolton would kill you.

Why do Liverpool always have a game in hand? :p

Always have champions league qualifiers :p, better than not being in Europe and playing yer game on the Wednesday.

Arsenal boring?! Liverpool boring?!

Both games they played at the weekend were fine examples of good entertaining football. Even Chelsea managed to entertain briefly on Sunday.

I'm talkign about in the history of the clubs and Liverpool don't play exciting football. Thei build up play was so slow and patient, the key not creating chances but keeping the ball. they haven't won the league since the back pass rule was invented!

#2-0 to the Arsenal! 1-0 to the Pompey(sal) Man U didn't win at all! They'll be relegated next fall!#

What do you mean by slow and patient? We played thunderous (:p) football at time last season, especialy at home even against Chelsea right from the start. If you watched todays game yes it was pretty boring, bear in mind it was 105 degrees.

Why you talking about the past? This is the present. Liverpool were boring in the 80's because everyone was boring in the 80's. Liverpool play quality attacking football and Arsenal are the best footballing side in the prem. Stevie G still takes it up the arse though.

I was talking about the past initially because i was saying how not scoring doesn't fit in with uniteds traditions compared to other big clubs.
