It's also a fact that had we gained a 3-3 at Everton last year instead of a defeat, it would've led to us winning the league by one point. Same goes for Berbatov's form! Still, better late than never.

I notice it was that thug Henry who broke Zamora's leg. After the way he played versus Newcastle, the boys were lucky to walk off the pitch with no one having a serious injury after some of the tackles he made, and the very next match this happens. Something should be done about him....

Saw Bebe in action for the reserves against Villa and he looked really good. Great crosses in the box and has good pace and tricks. Could get some more games in the Carling Cup and FA Cup.

What a finish and what a game. Sunderland really did deserve to get some points from that game and I'm glad that they did. Al-Muhammadi looks like a real talent. Definitely one to watch out for.

This is what I thought, but he got absolutely bagged over on the Caf. I saw the highlights and thought he put in some nice crosses on the penalty spot most times and had it been someone like Berba or Rooney they would have been right there.

Hopefully he will get some game time in the Carling Cup, then we really should be able to judge.

What a silly goal to give away and what a silly way to drop 2 points. Anyway at last it was a joke referee and a joke result. Denilson is a real looser. Had he score that penalty, Arsenal could have won by 2 goals.
Added time was 4 minutes and no injury or goal was scored in extra time. So it should be 94 minutes game and goal was scored in 95th minute. I am not saying that it happened first time or it happens only to Arsenal but still.

Denilson? Rosicky took the penalty...

Ya my bad. I meant Rosicky. Drop points like these will be key in May really.

Well 4 minutes were added but there were I guess 2 corners and a throw-in in that injury time so it was made up by adding the extra minutes where Sunderland scored.

Well Daily Mail said he was a complete flop during the 4-1 reserves defeat to Aston Villa but he looked really good. Maybe he would play the Carling Cup game this Wednesday.

Two corners and one throw in? Same referee had blow the whistle within 2 minutes 50 seconds when 3 extra minutes were awarded two weeks back and goal was scored in extra time.
I agree with you, if you go by rule book then it should be minimum of 3 extra minutes. Referee can go as long as he wants. But then where is the consistency? I do not mind one referee adding extra time for throw in and corners in all matches. But it is unfair to count that in one match and not in the other.

What a game of football. Just brilliant. When we went 2-0 up I was like wow!! we are gonna score 4 and then its 2-2 thanks again to some poor defending. But this day was made Berba to prove his critics wrong and he did that. Nani was good in the second half but he looked like Ronaldo falling if touched. Anyways delighted with the win and will be partying hard.

We need Ferdinand and Brown back ASAP. O'Shea and Evans are liabilities. I've been trying to defend Evans for ages but he's been appalling as of late. Once again, our defence implodes and we let a comfortable game slip.

But Berbatov, what a legend. The second goal was just pure class.

Pretty delighted with the team's performance today especially in the first half where we tore them apart. Scored 4 but could easily have been more. Then we took the foot off the pedal a bit in the second half which I didn't really like. While I like the team is scoring tons of goals, complacency can easily creep in when we are feeling too comfortable. That is something that worries me. It showed in last season. Need to stay focus and next week's match against Manchester City is going to be tough.

I was hoping it will end 2-2 for obvious reasons. lol But unfortunately, it didn't happen that way. Man United deserved their win though. Liverpool scored 2 goals out of nothing and looked absolutely toothless in attack. And I agree with you about Nani. He was being too theatrical in the match, just like Ronaldo.

Yeah - we need Ferdinand and Vidic back at the centre of defence - I'm sure our defence will improve a lot once they're back in charge. It's infuriating - were it not for those four points unnecessarily dropped v Everton and Fulham, we'd be right on Chelsea - separated only by goal difference I believe.
