Someone get me a brickwall so that i can smash my head on it ! Complacency at its very best though the 3rd goal din deserve a penalty :facepalm

True but it led to a magnificent game and result too. And goals galore everywhere as well. :thumbs

What. A. Game.

which one?

just got back from goodison.

clearly some dubious business man has had an absurd bet on amount of goals in the premier league. it is the only reasonable explaination. Like the time the floodlights kept going out and it was linked to a malaysian crime family.

Would you be still saying the same if it was chelsea instead? :p
Kind of disappointed with Arsenal to be honest with you.

If that was Chelsea, I would be bald by now! Then again, any fans of a club that was in Arsenal's position would have gone mad.

Diaby's reaction was totally unnecessary given that they were already 4-0 up by then. And if Arsenal ever wants to win the title, they can't be letting this happen, even if they are down to 10-man.

That said, credit to Newcastle for fighting back.

Was on about Arsenal - Newcastle but yeh, could've been on about any of them!

I'm frustrated that the unbeaten run ended so easily. Very poor performance. Other than Evans (who had to go off injured) no one played well. Lacked any real drive.

I can see positives from this now though. Pressure of unbeaten season is off, and it's the kick up the arse the players needed. We've been complacent for too long and it would've been good if Arsenal won. The gap would've been just 1 point and that would've forced us to play better.

If there was ever a good time to lose the unbeaten run, this was it, with Arsenal fluffing a 4 goal lead and with bigger away games coming up in the title run-in.

Arsenal would have been just 2 points behind if they had won.

With this result, it just capped off a wonderful day of Premier League football, from a neutral perspective.
