We're called Arse because it's what everyone else is looking at since we are so far ahead of them.

To put it bluntly; Doesn't everyone love Arsenal despite them having two bum related words in their name?

They've been my second time for a while.
I dont love them, they are my rival team due to my mate supporting them...and because they are dirty Goooners!!!

Well Liverpool won 1-0. Torres created many chances in the first half but early in the second half Wigan came close a few times. I enjoyed watching it.

Spurs v Vanilla finished 4-4...great comeback. Jol should get some credit for the comeback, and it wasn't his fault that robinson is crap.

i don't have sky but was the spurs game as exciting as it sounded?

yes. some good goals, lucky goals, and some really stupid defending. kaboul in the 92nd minute whacked it in for 4-4.

Bloody spuds. Why hasn't Barry scored any goals this season just because he's in my fantasy team? Fecker. Ah well, Roger got me 30 points yesterday so i'm not fussed.

I saw the last 15 minutes of the Spurs game, good comeback, and amazing finish.

Arsenal dont have the strength in depth to carry out a serious Premiership challenge, they'll lose their way as winter sets in.

So, a 2-0 victory over Newcastle means nothing?

We have one of the most talented 2nd strings in the Prem. They don't have to cost Eleventy trillion pounds. We have plenty of depth to cover any injuries that should occur. e.g. Senderos for Gallas, Almunia for Lehmann, Eduardo for VP, Denilson for Hleb, etc

I predict we'll still be top by January as we are the best team at the moment.

Ooooh, I dont know mate. They have a lot of depth and a shedload of good young backup. I wouldn't write them off at all. The only thing that may screw them over is an injury to Fabregas or Adebayor.

We have VP and Hleb/Rosicky could be playmakers. Obviously losing Fabulous would be a blow but we have enough creativity in Denilson, Diaby, Hleb and the rest to cope. We have plenty of back-up.

Yeah, OK you have bucketloads of middies to choose from. Now the strikers. If Adebayor (or however you spell it) gets injured, who can strike? That young Eduardo? Walcott? I dont think they could cope with it by themselves.

Eduardo could play ahead of VP. Walcott could comfortably fill in. Bendtner is a target in the air like Adebayor so we have plenty of options.

Eduardo has the best international goalscoring record of any regular for their country so far into his career.

All this talk about Arsenal having no backup is crap. It's the best in the Prem rivaled only by Liverpool. United's isn't as all powerful as they like to think and just look at Chelsea's; Lampard gets injured and they go to pot.
