By the way, I'm not saying that you need experience to win the league, but it helps an awful lot. The United winning it comment was tongue in cheek, but I'm pretty confident we can win it.
Also, when I say tight games, I don't mean the opposition, I mean the odd game where you used to sneak it one nil. The West Ham game was an excellent victory, but the other two I'd expect you to win. The results that makes you Champions are like ours at Fulham last year.
My respect for your knowledge of English football went down the pan when you said Man Utd vs the Scousers is a "Simply Sporting Rivalry".
So is everyone just counting the champions out of this title race then. The same champions that have won 8 games on the row (excl. Carling Cup). The same champions that scored 4 today. The same champions that have one of the world's best players in the their side. The same champions that have one of England's best players in their side. The same champions that before today were winning without getting out of 1st gear. We'll judge you Arsenals and Liverpool's when you play the big boys, or when you go away to Newcastle, Bolton, Blackburn etc and get all 3 points.
As much as I hate to quote a Scouser, remember
"Form is Temporary, Class is Permanent"!
I wasn't able to get to Old Trafford today, for probably the only time this season, and we thrash a team for the first time this season! I knew that would happen! I got home at the start of the second half, which was a great time really. It was wierd watching on the telly, but Anderson was class, as was Tevez, as was Rooney, as was Ronaldo and as was Simpson.
