in my opinion i would write chelsea off this year.. TBH i think they won't get better then a top 4 spot..liverpool in for 3rd... arsenal 2nd after a bad end of season run... and manutd in for premier glory after another thrilling end of season chase,,, pompey and man city to round out the top 6..

BTW this may change at any time..lol

If Arsenal lose van persie or fabregas they struggle big time, like last season where van persie did his foot arsenal sort of lost the plot, and finished 4th when they had 6/7 points on liverpool.

John Arne Riise is God.

Best. Free. Kick. Ever.

The way that Martin Tyler yells "RIIIIIISSSEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAA!!" makes it such a great goal.

Unlucky, Keano! You deserved something out of that match, the way you battled. The great man himself would've been proud of that team spirit!
Enjoy it while it lasts, Arsenal. ;)

It's lasted 8 games so far

Kinda like if you lose Gerrard and Carragher, if Man U lose Ronaldo and Rooney, if Chelsea lose Drogba and Terry. Wait! That did happen and you did struggle.

We also lost Walcott and Henry so Adebayor was our only real striking option.

United have already lost Rooney and Ronaldo for a large part of the season but we're still favourites to win the league

It was only 4 or 5 games. But you did suffer badly when they didn't play. You haven't seen us struggle without VP and Fabby at the same time so all you're doing is speculating.

Matt, mine are in a 'If Carlsberg made arses...' advert

4 or 5 games out of 8 though. (or is it 9, i forget) which is a large part of the season so far. still in though and i believe our poor start wouldn't have been much better thanks to those 2, although they are more than capable of changing games we were playing really badly except in defence so i'm not sure how much impact they could have made although Ronaldo did pick up 3 points for us against the brummies. I was never speculating, that was Drew :p my arse=the shizzle.

I think we'd have smashed anyone with that second half display and our defence looks rock solid and that's without Gary Neville!

Yes that was a solid second half performance. Ronaldo was looking dangerous. Wish i had him in my fantasty league team. My team sucks.. i wanna re-make it all together :p

Have you seen another free kick and it's a American commentator I think, and he goes:

"RRRRRIIIIISSSSEEEE RELEASE THE KRAKEN !!"

Or something along those lines, ****ing hilarious :laugh

I don't think we struggle without gerrard that much, except when alonso isn't there either.

I wouldn't call 3 games a large part of a season tbh...
