People were moaning about getting the match replayed. haven't heard anyone say that about yesterday's game

I didn't see the goal, but by the sounds of it a big deal is being made only because it's Suarez.

I remember Peter Crouch's 'basketball goal' from earlier in the season, no-one cared really, except Mancini.

And me. :p

Anyway. Ball to hand, goal should stand.

For my two pennies worth, Suarez did handle it, of course he did, but it is up to the referee to call it. Not for Suarez to own up. No self-respecting striker does that.

Well done Bradford but any cup that has fourth tier sides reaching the final is a complete joke.

Edit: forgot it was 2 legs...

Tbf Bradford played well, could've happened in the FA Cup as well.

I mean who expected Bradford to beat two PL clubs, one of which was a CL team...

That's what happens when you don't produce and promote young talent from your own academy and have to pay the English premium to meet home-grown requirements.

I think it's great. Manchester United v Chelsea would get a bit dull if it was the final every year, if the final is Swansea v Bradford I'm sure people will be delighted. As long as they don't support Chelsea or Villa.

Never wanted him to leave us, really.

Looked a bit crocked after his injury and the questions marks over his age sadly remain.

It's definitely not as simple as his body type and perceived laziness like that article spells out, there were off the field issues too, not coming back from international duty in time etc.
