Ronaldo is at his peak atm... what more do you want...

Arsenal Fans Thierry and co will be back next season and stronger and i hope Wenger actually makes some decent signings this summer. We need some experience in Midfield defensively and at the back too...

Henry+VP+Adebayor upfront man thats a killer combo

Henry+RVP+Anyone would make a killer combo.

What! The guy's 21, theres no way he's at his peak. Theres still a lot more to come from him. How can a guy be at his peak with at least 10 years of his career left!

How are you suppose to know... its doesnt neccesarily mean if you are young you arnt at your peak... well general trend isnt he will get more experience doesnt exactly mean he would become better technically

Henry+RVP+Anyone would make a killer combo.

True.... but if one gets injured Adebayor has turned into an amazing player for Arsenal this season... Start of the season i hated him so bad no wenger yh hated him... like some unknown player playin upfront... hes proved me wrong

But you said that Henry was very arrogant as if that were a negative:rolleyes: he is the most naturally talented player int he comp and when playing, the best.I don't change that opinion just cause my local paper says otherwise.Youa re assuming that selling Henry would bring in to good players who would score 30-50 plus goals a season...that is a big if,and none of them will provide the loyalty and breathtaking brilliance of Thierry.I'm not saying henry would put away all our chances, but he'd put away a fair few...and would probably been again 30 plus,if not for injuries...i mean, look at last year(Prem)-32 games 27 goals;pure class.I don't think you are looking very deeply at the idea of building a side around someone...It's not as simple as getting rid of your best player(Talisman),bringing in two players who immediately score loads of goals and lift our team 'Chemistry'.
well arrogant people generally aren't nice, you were saying how nice he was. I'm, not changing my opinion because of what i've seen in the paper i'm changing it because i've watched most of uniteds games this season and enough of the other teams to realise just who the best player in the prem is. Did you not see what happened when Cantona left united? they won the treble 2 years later. That was withou selling as well Henrys not that loyal,if he was he would have stayed and fought for his place at Juve. You want to see loyalty? Look at Ryan Giggs,Paul Scholes,Gary Neville.

Stuff Juve!!! He's loyal to arsenal and that's all that matters. He could have left for Barca many times but decided not to.

to be fair i think the 150K a week might have had something to do with it whilst at Juve he wasn't on very much. Thats a real test of loyalty, when it comes to money

i'm quite sure barca would have paid him more seeing as they are MUCH richer than arsenal

I seriously dount they will have paid him more than 150K a week. If they did Rondhino would want it,Messi would want it and Eto'o would want it. Puyol as captain too probably. They would not have paid him much more than 100K. No club could afford it,regardless of their quality and how much they win.

Regardless of money (what's an extra 50K? you can't live off that! ask Cashley Cole), i still think he loves the club like gerrard loves pool, even thought he was a week away from joining chelski

How would Henry be loyal to Juve seeing as he only played for a season and that too being not many games or gettin much goals. who cared about him there and it wasnt his home club anyway was it. Loyalty comes with time and support from the club. thats what gooner fans have beed doing they have loved him and hes payed back by being Loyal and pure class

was he loyal to Juve? no. Its really not that hard to understand! He wasn't loyal to Monaco either but I guess you'll all say that because they aren't a big club he had to leave, well in that case Wayne Rooneys loyal, Roy Keanes loyal etc

As expected the new boss at Newcastle is Sam Allardyce.

Very pleased with this news and hopefully he can get Newcastle to the height they belong. Though we say that whenever we get a new manager, and that has been quite often recently :p. He did speak well in the News Conference and looks to have the right priorities. haha it was funny seeing Shepard watching though, he had a fractured rib and keep cringing whenever Allardyce made a comment.

I don't mind if we do not play very expansive football, though I would prefer if we did, but I just want some success. Anyone else have any thought on this appointment??

I just see the point about Henry bot being Loyal to Juve just pointless really. Its not his home ground or country. He played just one season there and that being not good either.Didnt exactly recieve much support from fans. Why would he not leave?

Henrys French so thats his home country. On your basis keane and Rooney are loyal. When clubs came in for them they stayed at united. Just because Henrys mr nice guy who everyone likes doesn't make him more loyal than anyone else. You can't expect any support from the fans if you haven't proed yourself. He could have stayed there and earned their support.

As for the manegerial merry go-round, Jewell leaving was random,he wants the City job imo. His assistant will probably take over like at Bradford iirc and get them relegated :p Allardyce to Newcastle was obvious. Whether he'll change his style of football is yet to be seen but if he doesn't you can guarantee the geordies will make sure he knows they don't like it. Stuart Pearce was always happening
