Kind of looks like the bowler is doing long jump, or perhaps some matrix jump, it'd be cool to see that view in a video.

Looks good, the game will save me from buying rubbish games from EA.

No complaints AT ALL from this end. It all looks fantastic. Personally I think you shouldn't worry too much about small quibbles, but concentrate on the main parts of the game, but that's just me :P

One thing I noticed is that the batsman didn't really put much force or the bat speed wasn't that quick but the ball seemed to be flying off for a 6 on few occasions. Some other shots were really good though, quite realistic feel to them. Good work overall.

im just wondering, whether there will be any form of "career mode" obviously not expecting to much.. just something simple, like taking control of a domestic team going thought the domestic state competition, with maybe a feature of trading players, contracts, etc nothing more, so really just EA cricket 07 domestic comp, but with trading players or something, im not sure if this has been covered before. though if it has forgive me

Paul i know you are trying to do your best. This was just an suggestion.

1. After batsman hit the bowl, camera should track the bowl closer, i personally think is slightly far right now.

2. Bat speed is fine after seeing high res video.

hmm...well, allow me to counter some of those claims...

- stride - actually most of the shots in the video were back foot shots, only the coverdrives were front foot really...in any case ive attached some screens showing that his front foot does get in front...dont be fooled bythe camera field of view

- fast bowler action - he does in fact leap - again, screenshot attached - dont be fooled by the camera. I think while his action is not so great, it's not too bad considering the lack of motion capture available. It's really difficult to get the bowling actions done well.

- defensive shot - this was a back foot def to the off side...i dont think its that bad really..looks ok to me...

- camera angles - what exactly is wrong? Srk121 mentioned they were a bit too far away...ive rectified that now. Other than that i think they are quite good. Remember, im not trying to replicate EA or BLIC...things in this game may be done very differently. Doesn't mean its any worse though...

Thanks for that, those screenshots have allayed my fears. As for the camera angle, it would be fine as a default one but as long as there's one really close to the action I'll be happy.

I noticed that the bowler's action reminded me of Andre Nel's. If this has been done on purpose it is a very nice job

no, not at all mate, totally valid point about the camera...its been rectified already.

Looks a fantastic game, ok it doesnt have the graphics of EA, or even codies, but theres something which appeals to me, which is that its made by cricket mad developers Which is worth buying the game any day.

And while watching it, did i see a player padding up? If so, NICE!
