Football Transfers Thread

Had a really weird dream yesterday where Tevez comes on as a substitutre for Arsenal.

That was quick! Probably because Juventus had the money to grossly overspend on him.

Diego would be filling in Nedved's shoes. Not a very easy job and expectations will be high. He had a crappy start of the season but picked up big time in the second half and especially in the last two months.

Nedved was vastly experienced and a great asset to us, but Diego has the capability of replacing Nedved. And i see ........... traitor Cannavro is back too  hope with his playing he can once again win our hearts back ;)

Yes but he is nowhere near the player he was before. Although the pace in Serie A is much slower than in Spain, so maybe he will still be able to do well at Juve.

Utd should get rid of Ronaldo now, they can get a good price for him.

Ronaldo has just been acting like a fool. His been ranting, gloating and his giving his team mates a bad rep. Utd can survive without Ronaldo just as they did when they got rid of Beckham and Van Nistelrooy. Ronaldo is not bigger than Manchester United like he thinks he is. Its a shame his one of the best in the world but yet he cant control his diving and his showing off style. Unlike like Messi who doesn’t stay lying on the floor and whinging like a baby if a decision doesn’t go his way from the ref.

The golden rule is you don’t make the club the club makes you!

It looks very bad for the Utd/Ronaldo relationship if he didn't wear the club's tie on the way back from the CL Final, whereas everyone else did. Personally, I'd try and do a swap with Barcelona for him, with Iniesta coming in the opposite direction. Maybe add some cash as well to sweeten it. Probably won't happen though; Iniesta won't want to leave Barca.

I had to laugh today when I read the papers. Apparently, one of the reasons he wants to go is because he's tired of being kicked all the time. And he wants to go to Real Madrid! Yeps; he's really not going to get kicked around the pitch there, is he?

And the paper also said that Tevez is aiming for a move to Liverpool. Obviously, you can't always believe the papers (more often than not in fact), but if that's his first choice, he can't really love the Utd fans as much as he claims to. I agree with what he said about the CL Final though; he really should've started that match.

Tevez wants to go to Liverpool because he wants to stay in Cheshire.
