Apparently we're getting Bernard according to L'Equipe...

Massive talent, and I'll be quite pleased if he comes to Arsenal. We have no-one who can dribble like him and in addition he is technically very good.

I think he is making a mistake coming to Arsenal though, he should go somewhere like Porto as I think he'll struggle to come to terms with living in London at his age coming from Brazil. He'll get more game time I imagine at Porto as well, it'll be less of a shock for him and he'll have plenty of others settling in with him as well.

Means we won't be picking up a striker now I think.

lol L'Equipe reported Agger -> Monaco, Zouma -> Liverpool a month back. It's the French trash equivalent of goal.com

L'Equipe isn't the only one, espn.br are as well. We'll see how it goes, I think it is likely but he should move to Porto.

Wasn't that the same problem with Denilson? Anyway I've seen a couple of videos & my word he can dribble better than Ronaldo could at 21 years.Really skilled in keeping the ball,at his feet.Just concerned about playing it through.Think he can play balls very well to Giroud, who is the best header of our team.
*2nd.
The one thing he is amazing at is flicking the ball when he gets it.Just epic ! :clap

Kid, you do realise YouTube compilations like that are pretty much useless research when judging a player?

What does this even mean?

As for Fabregas, unless there is a serious Barca decline over the next few seasons (which isn't very unlikely given their current President) he'll most likely end his career at Barca.

But who knows, money talks at the end of the day.

Yep, I am equally as confused.

Now, it looks like Rooney to Chelsea could very well happen. Big mistake - selling one of our best players to a key rival? We shouldn't let him go unless it's abroad, but if he does go to Chelsea, we should push for the highest, most unreasonable price possible.

For someone like Bernard it can be useful. I agree it is useless for a lot of strikers, all defenders and all midfielders. But you can definitely see a player's flair in a Youtube compilation. It's something you either have or don't have, and from someone like Bernard you can tell he definitely has flair and hence would be a good addition. You can also see his pace, technical ability and dribbling. Past that, I agree it's useless.

Youtube is very good for goalkeepers though.

I read an article on his style of play and it turns out he plays his natural wingers centrally, with his full backs very high up the pitch occupying those wing positions. Going to be very interesting employing this tactic with Neymar and Messi..

Watching Barca to the end of the leageu & C-League campaign last season, i always taught them making a back 3 formation permanent, like the one they used to beat Milan 4-0 in the C-League quarter finals would be the next stage of their development - Barcelona in Champions League 2012/2013 matchday 8

Let Alves & Alba roam the flanks, but they would need to purchase better defenders to support Pique.

Now it appears that Fabregas is 'considering his future' according to a source close to him according to Sky Sports, because Barca haven't given him assurances about being a regular starter next season. Rightly so as well - he's too good to rot on the bench, even if it is Barca's.

He's not going to Man U.End of story, please.
35m useless for Cesc

Ilicic to Fiorentina. 9m+addons.

Fiorentina are bagging the gems in the Italian market this season, maybe just second to Napoli.

Ha i'm not a United fan, but reading the last few pages it seems some people are coming up with some interesting insinuations about Moyes coaching credentials before the campaign has even starter. It almost as if the non united fan are willing Fabregas (whether or not he wants to go or not) to not go United. :lol
