honestly Maddy, we have one of the best Youth systems around, look at our youngsters maybe its just there arnt any decent english youth players anyway

Bentley got into the England squad the year after he left Arsenal

The foreigners we have signed are much bigger talents and have a lot more potential than Pennant, Bentley et el.

We have a very good youth set-up one of the better ones in Europe in actual fact. We import young talent. The players who are foreign that have come through our system have been with Arsenal since they were about 11-13.
We don't not produce many good English youngsters, but thats because the standard of English youngsters in recent years has dropped considerably. It's much more worthwhile for the club to invest in players that genuinely look to have a future, even if they are foreign, rather than wasting time on Lazy, English players that only might become good players.

Exactly. None of those players you previously mentioned had success whilst at Arsenal.
Bar Ashley Cole, who just got arrogant and too big for his boots.

Arsenal are run very business like. It's more valuable in the interest of the business that we produce good youngsters. Their nationality doesn't matter.

We do what is best for our youth players. Sell them. Chelsea are wasting Shaun Wright-Phillips. We sell our youth so they can lay, gain experience and learn.

United have loads of English players, we could turn out an English XI.
Neville, Scholes, Rooney, Carrick, Ferdinand, Hargreaves all are first team regulars or will be, then our reserves and back up players are filled with English and British talent

Carrick, Ferdinand, Rooney (I think) and Hargreaves were bought while already playing for England
