He's on five primary nets and a fielding net. How long will it take to get his PFL back up to a reasonable level?

Get his stamina upto superb too, double net both primaries and stick the field net. Dont play him at all...

He should start to recover once his stamina reaches proficient...

Are you investing in any ITS? If you are stop, thats a start to saving money.
Next option would be to sell a player, preferably one you would get a rather large sum of money for.

I would say stop investing and start again later on. Have you upgraded your stadium before? As a home game should cover your losses, if it's not you may have to look at upgrading.

You still got a few more weeks before you need to upgrade Griffo.

No, that would be wasting money, you should only upgrade if you are filling your stadium. You don't want to lose more upfront, and then more on maintenance weekly.
