You can pretty much take Tuhob's word as gospel, he developed probably the most commonly used training calculator that there is atm.

Thanks for the welcome. It's been awhile since I helped develop the original training calculator and it's been incorporated/refined in a number of tools since then (Talent finder, Atstumps). Personally, I mainly use AtStumps nowadays as it's a very comprehensive program which also includes Scuffer's wage calc which was further refined by zinc.

I went from 3/214 to 237 all out and lost my match from a great position today. I am planning on fixing this by getting in some mediocre/competent (bat/bowl) players in at 6, 7 and 8, or maybe lower.

Sell anyone that is below

Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: mediocre Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: worthless

Same with bowling just swap batting and concentration with bowling and consistency. And then go onto the Transfer Market (Global > TM) to find players that fit that. They will only cost 1k.

I know its much easier to play bots than it is to play Humans, but are they still really easy to beat in T20's aswell? I want to know so I can play a lot of my youngsters in the T20's and if I will still be able to win.

I think my whole league is full of bots, like most of my leagues tbh!

Yeah, bots are there to be beaten. The only reason they exist is to make numbers up. As long as it is at worst a woeful/woeful playing you'll win

Which is better for improving concentration/consistency of a player -- (2 fielding nets) or (1 Wicket Keeping + 1 fielding nets) ?

The second fielding or keeping net does nothing for conc/cons, WK and fielding together will speed up the pops further.

I always thought that, WK nets along with fielding will increase the pop of cons/conc faster than having say 2 fielding nets?

What a wrong thought I have been in!
