I'm back after watching Rajneeti, and it indeed was a good movie. It had it's ups and downs though. It is REALLY boring during the first 30-40 minutes. Though one can't blame it to anyone. It is the time when all the characters are introduced, and one has to do so, so that the audience enjoys the movie thereafter. During this time, the movie seems to be bit confusing as well, especially because of the complicated names and relations.
Then the movie starts to grip and hits its peak by the interval. One desperately waits for the second half. The first 15-20 minutes of the second half are very good as well. But, then the movie starts dipping. Finally the movie picks up some speed and ends decently well.
Both the projected heroes and villains play dirty politics, and thus one seems to wonder whether all of them are villains. The end seems very unlikely while you're watching the movie. But, it is the usual ending one expects before going to watch the movie.
It'd give it - 3.2/5
