They do - but I have had direct hit runouts of the AI in career mode. You can get them, but it's very hard.

I've stopped playing career. Too many times I've been out caught playing a well timed shot in the 20s and 30s. I accept that the game isn't broken and very playable for a number of people, but my blood pressure can't take it. So for the sake of my health I'll patiently wait till Patch 3 comes out and deals with the shots in the air problem.

One need a hell lot of patience to play this game.
I scored 14 runs in my first 5 innings then got a triple ton.
After playing 37 fc games I again scored a 345 but in very next game got out for 2 ,
Then went on to score 377 ball 155.
In my last 5 t20 I only reached double figure once.

Next time dont reach 49,hit a 4 or 6 and reach the half century like Sehwag does...That's the only way now for you to reach that....
