As the wickets continues to fall on one end, at other end Ganguly completes his brilliant hundred as he smashed clarke for a huge six over mid-on region. A great knock by Ganguly under alot of pressure as he opened for the first time in tests.

Then Clarke gives India another blow as Harbhajan is caught by Gillchrist for 10 and India is now 237/8 still 99 runs behind.

That brings Zaheer to the crease and they took India to Lunch safely without losing any further wicket. Not a good session for India as they lost 4 wickets and scored only 67 runs.

After Lunch Ganguly immediately fires as he smashed three sixes in one over from Mcgill forcing Ponting to replace him with Clarke and takes Indian score past 250

But wickets continue to fall at the other end as Warne gets his fourth wicket and India losses its ninth wicket as Zaheer

At last Ganguly gets out as he tries to hit a six at warne but handed an easy catch at long-on. Ganguly made 136 as India gets all out at disappointing 279 still 57 runs behind. Warne got 5 wickets as he bowled at superb line and length and troubled all the batsmen with its spin. A greatly improved performance from him as compared to the first test match. Australia is now in commandind position as still almost half time is left.

So thats the end of the Australian inning as they made 264 runs in the second inning and now India needs 322 runs to win the Second Test Match as still more then five session play is left. So no possibility of a draw here.

Indian openers Ganguly and Sehwag are coming to the crease and still 25 minutes of play is left before Lunch. Australia will be hoping to get a wicket or two before lunch.

Sehwag fired some quick runs before lunch as India made quick 32 due to 2 fiery sixes from Sehwag off Mcgrath. No luck for Australia and India looked on course of a historic win.
