yep australia only thinks about winning and do everything in there power to achieve that.

Every other team wants to win but are just as happy with draws so they arent as aggresive as australia an wont take them risks to try an get that win.

Gonna be great viewing tomorrow

Aussies will be all out attack gonna be played almost like a ODI
They will stay aggresive until theres about 4 down.
If there 4 for less than 200 they might start playing for a draw.

Stop dreaming. 400 will not happen. It has never happened in past and will definately not happen on 4th day wicket for sure.

If we're going by facts of something not happening then Australia will only need to score 270 and then declare since no opposition has ever won a match chasing more than 200.

Exactly. Records hat have been set were once thought to be impossible probably, so statistics shouldn't matter when a test is on the line. Play it like a ODI, get off to a nice start and damage the Indians confidence, then try and score around 4-5 an over in the middle session then hit out in the last.

Well, India still have to get 10 wickets tomorrow. I hope Kumble gets into the act with the wickets.

What a fantastic test 150 by Sachin again. Was great how the Indian tailenders gave back in the same manner that they had received...

This should put some spirit into the Indians.

Harbhajan was hilarious on the field out there. Needling the Australian fielders. :p

EDIT: My opinion on Harbhajan's bowling has still not changed. His bowling tomorrow will determine the course of this match. Let's hope his batting effort has given him the confidence to bowl well now.

I think Australia will score around 250-300. While Australia may move aggressively it can lead to quick wickets.. They were 132/6 at 4 runs per over. Meh i think Hayden and Jacques won't come good. Its been too long for Ponting to make a century and its not often he's caged.

!!CHAK DE INDIA!!

Sachi was simply O UT S T A N D IN G
BUT we must not forget Laxman, Vajji, and Dada. They gave us the support when we needed it.

I have full faith in our bowlers. If they can restrict the aussies to a low totsl before tea anything can happen. Match is on guys.....Match IS ON.

I think the time has come to drop Jaffer and bring Shewag in. And why is India continiously opening with Dravid when they have two specialists Sachin and Saurav in???? Dravid hates opening. Can't the selectors understand?? They should send Sachin/Saurav to open with Shewag and bring down Dravid at no 3.
Umm..... Sachin and Sourav are ODI openers. There is a gargantuan difference between opening in Tests and ODIs. Specialist Test openers, especially classical ones, are not strokemakers but players who can hang around for a while and take the shine off the new ball.

To me it looks like the Indian Fans are now alot happier and is how views can change ater 2 days. The game looks in the balance, Its all on tomorrow . Aussie will want to hopefully push on and get that 15th win and i think India probably need to win this one aswell if they can and not bat or bowl negatively as if they win this the series could then go either way. Tomorrow should be an intresting day.

There is a case for dhoni to remain. He looks like a tailender but he's keeping superbly. A keeper has to be good one otherwise India could go down the England road of Jones. Kartik is a good keeper but judging by the last test match i think dhoni would be far better as a keeper. Harbhajan Singh is batting well. Right now Yuvraj is embarrassing.
Yeah I have been pretty happy with Dhoni's work behind the stumps--especially to the spinners. Karthik is technically the better keeper but Dhoni is in much better keeping form.

Yuvraj definitely needs to rest for a few matches. To be honest, Dhoni hasn't been particularly sharp with his keeping in this test. I guess it'll come down to the result of this test.
I disagree, pal, I think he has kept really well this Test, especially when compared to Gilly who is having a howler. He should have had two stumpings and two caught behinds that weren't given, remember?

Well, every bugger and his dog has a good record at the SCG, don't they? Wally Hammond, Greg Chappell and David Boon scored 4 100s, Border averaged 56 without scoring a single century and then you've got both Waughs, Hayden and Langer with 3 100s, which of course, are now joined by Laxman and Tendulkar.
Tendulkar and Laxman kind of eclipse that. Tendulkar averages 300+ and I think Laxman averages 200+. Cannot deny that they really enjoy that ground.

I cant see India winning this game from here.
All it takes is one bowler having a magical day for either team (like Agarkar in Adelaide in 2003) and we could well have a result. Don't forget that India has kept the Australian top order quiet for the most part. Hayden has a century and Jacques two fifties, and are the only ones who have performed consistently, along with Symonds. Otherwise Ponting, Hussey, Clarke and Gilly have all looked out of touch at times. Of course they may strike back fiercely, but they also might be finding the bowling a little tougher to play.

I think India should have declared at 5... had 45 minutes at us and If they got a wicket they could win but now I think we will go out tomorrow and who ever can get on top in that first 15 overs will be vital. I think if we can we will score at 4-5 and over for most of the day then try and hit some real quick runs in the last session and try and bowl you out on the last day.

Anyway, this should be some exciting cricket.
Why would we ever declare with such a small lead? The higher the lead becomes, the lower the chase has to be.
