India in Sri Lanka 2009 (5 ODIs)

Not good sign. When we loose first match we end up winning series.

SL has showed the whole the whole world once again that Jaysurya is their only reliable batsman, if he falls the whole team falls like a pack of cards. Seesh!

Good win for India! Dhoni, you legend! He is at it again... Mr. Reliable in ODI's. Gambhir picks up from where he left off. Same with Raina (he has become a permanent fixture in ODI's with consistent big scores)

@ scion: That was the old India that used to lessen their impact on the accelerator. But this team under Dhoni is on a roll. Dont be surprised if we win all 5 games.

Good to read about the win. These timings are horrible for me, matches begin at 10.30pm and end at around 6am.

Same here. The time I usually go to bed (11:30) and leave to school (7). Not that I haven't done it in the past, I've just had a not-so-good semester (Got a B!:() and I have to get all A+'s on this one. So no more cricket for me until the IPL!

...Heh, who am I kidding. I'll probably squeeze a few matches in there.

Just pray India bat first and watch the first 3.5 hours. ;)

That's what I did yesterday/today, stayed up till 4:30am to get about 3 hours of watching in (I can't wake up at 4:30am, I have to be awake already or it isn't happening) but Sri Lanka were put in.

Ah well, the result was great, so cannot complain.

I dunno why but this is just getting boring.

india should go with jadeja in place of ojha, jadeja deserves it.

Hoping for Sachin to strike here... He got a bad decision at Dambulla. I would also go with Jadeja for Ojha. It would strengthen our batting even more in case Mendis or Murali have those bamboozling spells.

The ball moved a bit too much. The movement should have clinched the decision in the batsman's favor. Two bad ones for Sachin now in consecutive games.
