I hope we do not see Dhawan in the test whites ever again. I just could not stand his antics yesterday fooling around with the crowd. We could have used this as an opportunity to test Prithvi or even played Nair as an opener. Yet, the favorites keep gettng picked again and again and again. To add to this, the bugger is now the ODI vice captain for the Asia Cup. We are on track for a massive defeat.

What is the logic of playing Dhawan? The sample size of his failure is enormous. What did we have to lose in trying out Shaw? What wrong has Vijay done over Dhawan? Actually, fair enough. Vijay has made runs overseas before. Dhawan hasn't. So you can understand the decision from Kohli's brain's POV.

I love how Manjerekar is dissing Rahul and giving his extremely insightful analysis when it's perfectly clear that he was batting really well and just got a brute of a ball. Perhaps, the ball of the series.
