India tour of Ireland (2 T20Is) & England (1 Test, 3 ODIs & 3 T20Is)

Gleeson has gone from a meme BBL overseas player to this. Fantastic work from him to improve this much at this stage of his career. With how uncertain England’s white ball bowling unit’s constituency seems, he might indeed make a late push for a spot on the plane to Australia.

As for Kohli, he really needs to step up big time. Pant as an opener is also odd, we’ve got a bazillion openers in our setup and relatively few middle order bashers. Get him working on his game for the international level in the middle overs rather than shoehorn him in as a temporary like for like for KL Rahul’s inevitable return.

Stupid Kohli you beauty.

I’ve also come to terms with the Arshdeep axing. He is being viewed as someone below Avesh, Harshal and Malik in the bowling unit. Now I’m not sure if this is actually the best hierarchy but it is good that at least there is a structure being followed compared to the past. Also makes sense to give him a chance in the previous game with this context as it wouldn’t have been fair to bring him on a long tour without seeing how he does in his best format.

150 now will be good for India.

Which England will get rather easily.

Am I missing something?

Gleeson played for the Renegades a few years ago right after they were champions if I’m right. He was a bit underwhelming if you’re being very kind.

Harsha on commentary in response to Sam Curran being used in the CSK setup , "Maybe he should play for India A for next 3 years and continue developing players".

Nice thought Bhogle Ji but Dhoni should be rather used as a coach or Mentor rather than a player.

Maybe Bhogle is spending too much time with Mr.Manjrekar.

Assumed that Willey wouldn’t be playing after the Yorkshire controversy. As distasteful as he was, he still is one of England’s better new ball options which they desperately need given the surfeit of death bowling options they have right now.

Just saw his stats. His economy was 12 something and he averaged over 100 with 2 wickets in 4 games.

Bhogle has always been a overrated commentator due to the lack of quality options we have. Still respect the man for climbing the cricket ladder inspite of his lack of cricket background and the Dhoni controversy.

Legends say that if you utter ‘Stupid Kohli’ five times in front of a mirror at midnight, he appears in front of you and does the digit digit dance.

Don't think he is overrated.

From doing radio commentary at the age of 17 for an Australian network to being the host broadcaster and commentator for ESPN Star Network 15+ years Bhogle has done a tremendous job.

Off late especially after that Controversy involving Amitabh , Dhoni and others in 2016 he has been spitting cringes as well.
