This innings of sachin is very very similar to his innings at sydney in 03-04, Painful innings to watch, but very useful for the team. These 2 need to pull off a really big partnership for India to have any chance to push for a win.

He has had to really earn it, no fancy shots. So many edges, misses and he has never looked settled even after Tea, the last ball of steyn's over he missed.

Well, it doesn't matter at least to me. I actually loved the contest so far between him and bowlers.

He has scored whenever he has got poor deliveries. One cannot do much when you get beauties like what Steyn and Morkel were delivering especially with the new ball.

What a beauty from Morkel to dismiss sachin.
Well Sachin made room to push the ball through the covers for a single and missed a straight one. I don't think it moved that much. Still a good ball though. Now...India have to get another 21 runs. Two wickets left. Close this.
