What will the result of the Test series be?

Nothings surprising about the day. As expected Indian batting has succumbed to Pace and bounce. There was never much swing there but Pace and bounce did the indians in again. I don't see Indian bowlers doing the same kind of damage to SA batting line up. I think this match is pretty much decided.

Sooner or later, the selectors will realise that Suresh Raina is good enough for test cricket only on subcontinent tracks, that too against spinners and medium pacers.
What a thoroughly disappointing batting effort it's been! :facepalm

The scorecard at least gave me something to smile about today.

In all seriousness, you have to give due credit to the Saffers - I really didn't expect that performance with the ball. I honestly thought this would be a batsman dominated series but obviously my predictions were wrong. Hard to see Indian crawling back into this one with a draw let alone a win.

India are always known to be slow-starters and they get better as the series goes forward, but still this performance was pathetic :facepalm. S Raina should be replaced by pujara.

Yes I had been waiting for this series for the last year!

:lol India are no way near being the true #1, SA will rape them this series. England or SA are the true #1

Ive seen all I needed too, India is just a stay at home bully. Get the number 1 ranking, invite a bunch of ████ teams and pound them on pancakes.

Ask them to bat on a real wicket and they are exposed as the FTB hacks 99% of the team are.

What I am really looking forward to is seeing the Saffer put up 400 against the pie chucker seamers

Isn't SA using the home advantage too? did they win any series in India? SA were bowled out for 84 too, in 2006. doesn't mean they went on to lose the series.

Pitch is not too bad, if tomorrow there is some sort of a sunny day then no doubt SA will score 300 for sure in the likes Amla, Kallis, AB.
Jaidev Unadkat was pretty good during U-19 WC but it will be a total different contest for him. The Only bowler which I feel can really trouble SA is Sreesanth, He has pace and ability to bowl full and can also swing it.

We'll have to hope for a bowling performance like this one.

Well,i dare say that anything (a draw at best in this context) is possible when you've got Sehwag in the team.
Sehwag doesn't play in second innings'.

Yep, those three guys that make up our middle-order--Dravid, Tendulkar and Laxman--total flat track hacks that couldn't score in any conditions that don't suit them. Absolutely rubbish batsmen.

Let's be fair. When was the last time England won a series in India ? How good is South Africa's spin department ? It's not like both teams are great on spinning tracks either. Although, yes , this innings has been disappointing because I expected India to show the rest of the world that the batting line up is classy enough to be able to handle it in all conditions.

Anyway, reserve judgement till the end of the series I guess.

The only respectable 3 and all of which will be retired in 1-2 years and then it will be delicious to see IPL style players pretending to be Test batsmen
