And this is why calls to push Brendon McCullum back down the order are getting louder and louder. New Zealand really needs to find a top quality finisher because it's been hampering this team for quite some time.

Good score nonetheless, if we are going by past results New Zealand should have enough but you never know, India have a bloody good batting line-up.

Yep, poor capitalisation. Still, credit to India for taking early wickets; not often you get to say that. Although there was a big partnership, once it was broken, the pressure was back on NZ very quickly.

Hopefully Ishant is fit for the next game. Mithun isn't all that good IMO.

One match and you decide? Ishant has been another typical Indian bowler going from bad to worse. Mithun needs to be given consistent opportunities, I feel. That guy can be one of the better bowlers for India.

Till the 11 over, I saw the match and I found Mithun great and he was moving the ball very well. when I woke up again and turned on the TV, he didn't ball an over, he was not at the ground, I dunno the reason.

I didn't find anything wrong with Mithun, he's better than Sharma to say the least.
