JULY07 TAOC Official Video Released !!!

video looks amazing.. very well done LM

Wow, great video, really shows the variety of shots and power, but it was the bowling that truly impressed. Agree a little with the animations being inconsistent. Some look fabulous :lofted on drive, sweep, swivel but others seem out of place. The follow through for the straight drive is weird and the cover drives and defensive shots need the batsman leaning forward into the shot rather than "sitting back", it makes it look flimsy a la EA 2002/3/4/5/6/7. Also, bowlers actions need higher leading arms and straighter arm follow throughs (wrist and arms behind the ball etc.) I'm sure these could be tweaked after the gameplay is finished (by far the most important thing) and you have done a fantastic job thus far! Maybe looking at videos of the surrent test series and others could help (some lovely varied techniques on display). Can't wait to play this!

Wow ! WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW ! Thats fantastic ! Really stunned by the hook and pull and the camera modes in those shots ! Not to mention the stadium and floodlights look magninificent ! Everythings great !

well....the animations are done by-hand and not using motion capture...
and Paul(legend_master) is the only one doing all the anims by himself....
so.....to come to this level is quite amazing i must say :)

Looks awesome guys. The spinners look quality, great work.

I do think you need to work on the follow through of the pace bowlers though.

Keep up the great work!

Video looks great. Loved the hook and pull and the umpire animations were perfect as well. Wow this game will be a great one forget EA and Codies now ;)

This is probably going to be the 100th time it is said ;) the pace bowler follow through will be fixed in due time.

Nice to hear from you after a long time Paul. Although I only viewed the Youtube version of the video, here is one comment from me: First you release such a phenomenal video which represents such excellent aspects of the game, then you still expect avid consumers such as me to not to pester from you asking about the release date of the game?? :p

One criticism though, the reaction of the umpire looks a little slow, trick of my eyes may be??

Great video LM, watched it as the 70mb file.

Love some of the shots demonstrated and the umpire animations. Shaping up to be a great game

Impressive Video ... The animations, camera angles are cool. I believe they have to work on fielders. Are you guys gonna use real names and likeness of players? (My question is how many official licenses you have?)

When I play the video in DivX, I can barely see the video. The Youtube version gave me a clear view and it looks fantastic.

One question- When the batsmen play the shot, they don't take a full swing. Is that how the game will be or are you guys still editing those parts?
