Kent v Middlesex - Liverpool Victoria County Championship - Canterbury
Day 4 - 1st Session

Kent get off to a great start on the final day of the season. Saggers removes Godleman's middle stump with the 4th ball of the day.

Styris hits Jospeh for a massive six and tries the same thing in the next over, but instead of Joseph he is facing the spin of Denly and he too loses his middle stump.

Denly grabs another wicket when Nash is caught by Robert "The Cat" Key.

w6jpg973b6b21.jpg

The quick loss of wickets sparks Dalrymple into action and Henderson and Bravo are on the recieving end of his punishment. Another timely bowler change by Key changes things when Cook gets the dangerman just 5 runs short of his fifty.

With 2 sessions remaining Middlesex have a lead of 115 with 3 second innings wickets in hand.

Kent come out to start their second innings at 2:15pm having been set a target of 121 runs. Both openers get off to great starts and Rob Key is first to reach his half century, doing so in style, hitting a six way out over cow corner.

In the same over Fulton, who is playing in his last game for Kent, tries to repeat the feat but mis-times, and the ball flies high into the air and he is caught for 46.

Denly replaces Fulton and at tea Kent are 104/1.

Top story Kev, how many time did you feel like snapping the CD in half when taking it out of your PC, im guessing a lot, but yup you kept it mildly interesting with the stupid AI bugs, but overall it was a great read!

I'd say, reps for you, but i dont think you need them with everyone else giving them to you ;)

Thanks for the story
