Story Kent in the Twenty20 (C2004)

Following Kent's domination of the Southern Division. Werthers have anounced 2 extra twenty20 games will take place at Canterbury this season. They will be played to raise money for Help the Aged.

Kent will play in both matches and their opponents will be Pakistan and an International XI.

Team News:

Andrew Hall has left Kent to join up with the South African team in time for their tour of Sri Lanka and is replaced by Dwayne Bravo.
Martin Saggers will play this game in an attempt to test his fitness, having played only 1 C&G match for Kent so far this season.
Geraint Jones has been released by the ECB for this match to gain some batting practice.
Rob Ferley will also be given a run out this match as Kent choose to rest veteran spinner Min Patel.
For Pakistan Shoaib Akhtar will also make a welcome return as he recovers from injury.

Good luck to Kent,Bravo might be a really good change for Hall,he's better than him overall I reckon.
 
I get the feeling that you have added this part to your story thread because you want to show off the Pakistan kit you have made! Anyway, you've dominated the competition so far but if you beat Pakistan or the International team you are either very good or cheating!
 
I just needed something to fill it out, now there arent so many games. The wierd thing is I used to always get smashed around the park in one day games but suddenly I cant make teams attack even if I try.

Edit: A change in AI patch seems to have done it. I might need to use different patches for batting and bowling now though. I'll see how it goes with these matches.

Kent favourite Martin Saggers opens the bowling for Kent and its not the best of starts as Salman Butt smashes him for four. A couple of balls later though Butt gives away his wicket.

Dwayne Bravo replaces the luckless Ferley and gets the same treatment as Mohammad Yousuf hits him for 2 sixes this over. Kent look powerless to stop him. The score passes the 200 mark.

Henderson is bowling the final over and he keeps Mohammad Yousuf from scoring a century. Yousuf ends on 98 not out as only 4 singles are scored from the over and the innings closes on 219/6.

I thought the Foxes chased the total very well,they attacked but at the same time didnt go gung ho.Looking forward to the next few games for Kent.
