Last Movie You Watched

I am waiting for "Man of Steel - Superman" more so since Nolan is producing the film and is also going to be part of the creative team and is one of the co-writers of the film. The film will most likely be a Nolan product and that makes it one of the most expected films that will come out next year.

Looking forward to that too, we'll see where WB and DC comics go from here.

WB lacks planning in my opinion, look how Disney and Marvel have set it up; Iron Man 3, Thor 2, Captain America 2, Gaurdians of the Galaxy and Ant-Man, all before the Avengers sequel.

Yeah, been hearing people talk about a possible movie series by Nolan featuring Robin. Been reading up on Robin today. It would be awesome if Nolan can work on a new series featuring the Robin character from DC's Comics.

Idk man, he has denied everything, saying he's done with the Superhero stuff and wants to concentrate on his own projects.

But none of them will be as exciting as a superhero flick helmed by the likes of Nolan. WB have Nolan, they need not worry about setting up. They can take their own time to come out with their superhero film with Nolan. It will excite people no end.

Nolan has several times stated he has no intention of making a film with Robin, hence why he isn't in Batman.

Eh, it might not be as exciting, but it'll get the job done and that's all that matters.

Does WB/DC comics really have Nolan though? Yeah he's producing the Superman reboot, but I'm sure they want him directing their upcoming movies, which he just does not want to do.

Throughout the movie, I had a gut feeling that Blake was or had something to do with Robin. And it turned out he did. But although he did inherit the batcave, I don't think they're going to continue it or start afresh with him. Maybe make him play a cameo in some other movie, or have him as Batman in Justice League if the movie comes out, but I doubt it.

Holy mother of God. Just came from watching and it was absolutely brilliant. Even though I was about 20-25 minutes late for the movie (thanks to my lazy friends), I hope I didn't missed any major part. I might watch it again for better understanding, especially for ending. Would like to discuss it but don't want to spoil for others.

PS: Now I am realizing what fool I am for going for TDKR w/o watching Batman Begins.
Luckily I managed to understand it because of comics.

You've missed the introduction of the characters, like Selina Kyle, Bane etc, nothing more.

(I don't think this information is actually a spoiler. If someone thinks otherwise, please tell me so and I'll put it into the spoiler tags.)

No you couldn't be. Both were introduced in the first 10-15 minutes of the movie.

If I am right Selina was first introduced in a bar and Bane was introduced when the thugs gave him commissioner. If that's the case I might have only missed about first 15 minutes.
