VERY EASY BATSMAN PATCH V 1.0


What it includes.

1. Easy and fun batting control with shot positioning.

2. Good line and length bowling by the CPU.

3. Easy six hit button

4. Easy to hit 1's 2's 4's and sixes.

5. good field speed.

6. Few tweaks here and there.

7. This is a beginners patch for easy mode. mostly for test matches and 50 over ODI's

8. Edges have been tweaked so that there are just a few edges.

This patch is for one day internationals and Test matches and must be played on easy mode. This is a great patch for beginners wh want to learn. One of the easiest patches around.

Yo plz can someone tell me if this patch is good. If you have any comments plz say.

well it is supposed to be a easy batting patch

I will make a realisim patch soon but this patch is for beginners who have no idea of the controls and want to build up there confidence

umm good try afridi but ya it is way too easy.. i mean even for beginners is way to easy . Release a more realstic patch if possible..

I think you should try to make a bowling patch before anything else. This patch is far too easy though.

Easy Batsman Patch V1.1



Yo guys i have made a few changes to me easy batsman patch here is what you will find.


1. Harder than V1.0 but still Easy and fun batting control with shot positioning

2. Good bowling from the CPU.

3. Easy shot control to help people into the game and get settled.

4. Timing made easier.

5. Easy mode edited for your liking.

6. Misfields have been fixed but still the occasional one or two.

7. More edges in test matches.

8. easy to hit 1's and 2's whilst building your confidence up. Then try to hit sixes.

9. CPU batting/bowling skill decreased.

NOTE TO USER:
must be used on easy mode for limited or unlimited match.

To Install.
Extract the file to your root directory.
e.g. X:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\EA SPORTS Cricket 2005

Please give me some feedback. I will work on a realistic patch next

BTW Does anyone know how to make the bowling circle smaller

2. solid rock pitches forcing the ball up.

i dont have much knowledge in making of game play patches....

but once i tried reading the Boss's tutorials for making AI patches.... i think the value which u try there for different parameters matters!!!

I think Boss's tutorial may help u!!!

Yeah thanx surender it did help. i am just tweaking my relaistic patch and will post it tommorrow. BTW should i have default speed outfields or slower ones

Also one small suggestion... As u are desining the gameplay patch test it nicely before u release.. i mean there is no hurry to release immediately... In AI patch there are different parameters which will set only after testing many times!!!

yeah thanx suren i am testing my realistic patch right now. Problem is the in a test match i seem to bowl the cpu out for less than 300 each time.first RSA got 234 then india got 264 then Aus got 212 and ban got 197.

Afridi25's Realistic AI Patch

This is what it includes.

1. realistic gameplay.

2. easy bowling contol but hard to get wickets.

3. Timed Shots = 1's, 2's, 3's and 4's

4. Untimed shots= out, caught or lands in no mans land.

5. CPU Skill increased.

6 realistic batting and bowling figures for the CPU and User.

7. Fields slowed down to a realistic speed.

8. More edges in tests.

9. TIP: try to hit 1's and 2's to build your confidence up before using the six hit button.

10. Realistic swing on different pitches.

11. a lot of spin on dusty pitches.

12 good bounce.

NOTE TO USER:
must be a Unlimited or limited overs match played on medium or hard mode. can also be a OD matche between 45-50 overs.

Does your AI patch work well with the joypad becuase My joypad was working prefect in shot selection but after downloading a AI patch does not work on shots with batsmen but bowling is ok and buttons left,right,up,down work well it is the same with my keypad any solution on fixing this error or will your AI patch fix this problem.

I downloaded your releastic patch Afridi and it became worst now the joypad is not below keypad as is shown in the screenshot it is going on top without me changing it on the team zimbawwe and the keypad has one red arrow on one side not the usual two arrows on either side. I didn't choose that and there is a non stop noise pls help I know it is an AI patch causing this becuase I just installed your AI patch thinking it will solve the problem but it is gotten worse and how to find what AI patch I have installed so I can unstall it pls help. :help :help :hpraise :onpc
