Mumbai Indians - #BestOfTheBest

Yes i was so disappointed with fizz before the season began i really hoped that he will perform like ipl 2016. No wonder SRH left him.I think mumbai shouldnt have leaved rayudu and should have gone with simmons. MC,Pat,Barendroff are enough and we need good spinner. I think markande was over appreciated. he played every match and i was hoping to see chahar in action. I think kishan also didnt deserve the all matches tare could have been a option. For next year i guess rohit should bat as an opener he is not good in middle. He is not only ruining his performance but also creating trouble for MI. Sky should bat at 4.Pollard should be released next year. thats it.

Best XI of current squad's players for next season:

Lewis
Rohit
Kishan
Surya
Hardik
Krunal
Cutting
Cummins
McClenaghan/Behrendorff
Bumrah
Chahar

So much will change until next year's IPL, just not the right time to talk about it now unless the team managent could hear us. Although I'd like to stick to our core players. I'd just replace Cutting with Pollard in that lineup. And Behrendorff before Mc any day.

Surya should open with Lewis.

Mumbai Indians team consists of top players who can perform well both in bowling and in batting and so won 3 IPL trophies in 2013,2015,2017 which is a rare feet and won huge fan base too.

We have started well in our first match let us hope that we win this time. We never won our first match since 2012. Always tough as an MI fan to watch the initial matches :facepalm

Initial? Always tough as RCB fan to watch all our matches.

Was a RCB fan as well but these days their performance just doesn't match the quality which they have in their batting. 49 all out still clear in my memories. That day I was like 150 ? Oh that's an easy win just to see Coulter-Nile running through their batting line-up :facepalm[DOUBLEPOST=1553489014][/DOUBLEPOST]

Just think what Delhi fans would've felt all these years. I can't even think of it :(

I still haven't seen/heard/met anyone (true fan) who has changed his/her loyalty due to bad performances by RCB. RCB fans are the most loyal and patient fans till day. Failure and bad performances year after year and not able to win the trophy even after being in final for 3 seasons out of 12 in IPL, lost the champions trophy final while chasing 139 runs against mumbai. All these doesn't manipulate our minds for sure.

Once a RCBian, always a RCBian. We might have a secondary team but our primary team will always be RCB. I'm sure all the RCB fans agree with me on this.

RCB will come back strong next game for sure. :)

RCB was my secondary favourite team and MI was primary so me being not loyal to it doesn't matter much. Anyways I like your spirit :thumbs

Frankly I don't see us making it into the top 4. In previous editions of IPL atleast we were showing some positive signs to be able to make a comeback in the tournament and it doesn't seem like it this year. Another year where we might fail to reach the next stage :facepalm:mad:(

Krunal needs to improve his bowling big time. Also McCleanaghan has to step up now !!!!! And Pollard has gone from bad to worse in past 2 years. Entire batting line-up needs a resurrection now

Ishan Kishan needs to be drafted in perhaps in the place of SKY or maybe Yuvraj - either of the two needs to step up their game big time the middle order looks shallow or bit too long low order.

I need to re-think on it I guess :spy

Mumbai is known for comebacks and Yesterday's performance was one of that kind :thumbs

A comprehensive victory. Really pleased by it :clap:clap

Tomorrow is a big match for MI I think. As an MI fan I always felt that RCB has troubled us more than CSK particularly because Mumbai lacked good bowlers and RCB had those big hitters back in the past while CSK is much evenly matched with MI. And now when they are relying on 2 batsmen and MI is having an improved bowling attack they stand a better chance but still a bit worried. Hopefully we play well tomorrow :spy

What's people's take on Lynn for 2Cr? Seeing his current form, looks like a steal to me!!
