Amazing Asnodkar wins it for Royals

Swapnil Asnodkar and Graeme Smith shared 100-run opening stand

Rajasthan Royals registered their second win of the season, easily beating Deccan Chargers by seven wickets at Sardar Patel Stadium with almost three overs in hand. Adam Gilchrist top scored for the Deccan Chargers with 81, and briefly that appeared as if it might be enough against the Rajasthan Royals who have been poor so far this season. But opening pair Graeme Smith(60) and Swapnil Asnodkar(77 n.o) hammered 100 runs in less than 12 overs, including 13 fours and two sixes and later Yusuf Pathan added 22 along with Swapnil Asnodkar in a 59-run stand which won them the game.

Brilliant Innings from Asnodkar and Gilly. No bowler from either team was good enough

Sangakkara powers Kings XI Punjab to victory

Kumar Sangakkara hits Ajantha Mendis down the ground for a four

Skipper Kumar Sangakkara starred with his highest Twenty20 score in this season, a serenely-destructive 39-ball 66, as Priety Zinta's Kings XI Punjab thumped Shah Rukh Khan's Kolkata Knight Riders by 26 runs at PCA Stadium in Mohali. His fellow Sri Lankan team-mate Mahela Jayawardena pitched in with a cameo to charge Kings XI Punjab to 173, a total that proved too much for Kolkata Knight Riders, who fell away with just Cheteshwar Pujara scoring the runs.

Good performance from Kings XI Punjab . Powar bowled very well and Sangakkara batted exceptionally well.

Good to see Punjab doin well, hopefully Mumbai can win there next few msatches and get in too the semis ( a little rigging may be needed ;) )
I'd love to see a Mumbai Punjab final!

Sanga held the KXIP innings and none of the KKR batsmen with the exception of Pujara could make use of their starts
