Ah, there is too much Michael Bates love on PC

After today's effort you would think thats justified, i went to that match today and to my surprise there were heaps of people there and there was a entry fee . I got there 10 minutes after start and Pakistan had already lost 3 wickets so from then on there weren't any notable partnerships.

There was some kinda new rule with the 12th man as Akthar bowled but didn't bat and de Grandhomme opened the innings but didn't field or bowl.

After ND's opening defeat, I was picking an Auckland - CD final:

I'm thinking another CD - Auckland final.

ND were in tatters tonight, and that was following on from a massive innings defeat.
I don't see Canterbury and Wellington getting anywhere near the final.
I think Otago will struggle without the McCullum brothers for the start and the end.

Of course in the end most matches are 50 - 50, so I wouldn't be surprised if neither CD or Auckland were in the final.

I still stand by my comments from the whole of last season and this season, that we'll have the best chance in the champions league, especially now that we'll have Quiney if his domestic team doesn't qualify.

I'd say the final is pretty much 50 - 50, so is all I can really do as a fan is sit back and hope for the best.

We were really dominant in the first half though (barring that first game). We just really fell away towards the end.

I'm not really sure where to post this, but I was just looking through the January Skywatch, and there's live cricket on sky every day of January, except the 1st and the 31st!
