Cricket, Incredible catch assist on boundary. - YouTube

Thought I would post this in case no one has seen it one of the best catches I have ever seen (at least top 5), from the game just the other day. This actually took some skill unlike every single other catch like this where they just step over and pop it back in.

I posted the catch in the "General Cricket Discussion". :p

Hardly anyone reads this thread, and I assume that most of the people that do live in New Zealand, and probably would have already seen it.

I braved the weather to go to the match today, and I got to see some bloody woeful cricket from CD. 90 runs in 15 overs, you have to wonder what they were drinking in the rain delay. To be fair, as usual Auckland were all class. If Hira's not in the squad for the Zimbabwe T20Is, I will be shitting myself.

There was only really a 10 minute burst of rain around 5.30pm, and the half hours either side of that were just drizzle. For some reason they kept on delaying the start after 6pm, when it wasn't raining and the groundsman weren't doing anything to get the ground prepared. But yeah, I was really surprised as well, I was ready to leave around 5.30pm when it was raining.

How typical, it's rained two or three times in Otago since the start of December, yet when we have a must win t20 game, it's been drizzling all night and doesn't look like stopping.

I can't believe it, they're playing. About time wagner dropped out of the t20 team too.

Another demolition today. Great to see Vincent back, and if we can get Adams in the team that played today for Martin we'll be even stronger:

Guptill
Vincent
Azhar Mahmood (4)
Kitchen
Hopkins * +
de Grandhomme (6)
Munro (7)
Mills (1)
Hira (5)
Adams (3)
Bates (2)

Champions again!

Hopefully this time they can get the New Zealand teams off their Champions League duck.

Latham's got great technique, such a good batsman to watch. Definitely one to look out for.

Very poor performance from Auckland today, we always seem to loss to that average lot from the capital.

McClenaghan's been on fire with 11 wickets in his two OD matches this season.
