I think it's a wise option for Kiwis to have two spinners on SCG. And good decision to bat first too. Com'on Kiwis! Awesome show. Keep it up. :clap

DAMN YOU SHATANTU

I saw your graphics and was so gobsmacked by the quality of them that I spilt my coffee all over my Geography folder.

Good work though, I can see this deserved SOTM ;)

Wow awesome stuff. Mind blowing graphics. Nice to read as well. NZ should post a huge total on this good batting track. KUTGW :)

Lee destroys the Kiwi Top Order

Stephen Fleming and Jamie How opened the batting for the Kiwis . Fleming was in good form after his 50 at MCG . Lee was to start the proceeding for the Aussies . Fleming smashed Lee for 4 of the first ball of the match . A great executed shot on the on side . Fleming was in aggressive mood . Johnson was asked to share the new ball . How and Fleming rotated the strike . But soon How also started his game . He played to superb quality cover drives of Lee and Johnson . Fleming to was not gonna watch from one end . He was to enjoying the party with some fine shots for 4 . The Kiwi openers where playing some sensible cricket as they rotated strike . The running between the wickets was superb as it was in the first test . The 50 run partnership came up in the 8th over itself . Aussies were hoping for a wicket which they got through their best bowler Brett Lee. Fleming tried to play of his hip to fine leg but was caught by Johnson at square leg . Fleming departed for a less than run a ball 30 . Kiwis lost their first wicket for 55 .

Ross Taylor who was also in good nick came in to face Brett Lee . He smashed Brett Lee for text book straight drive for 4 . But Brett Lee got the better of him in the next ball when Taylor was clean bowled by and outstanding yorker from the fastest bowler of Australia . Taylor departed for 4 as he made way for the MOTM Peter Fulton . Jamie How on the other side was running out of partners . Fulton and How didn't risk to go for the boundaries and instead rotated the strike easily . But the partnership didn't last long as Brett Lee bowled another outstanding and unstoppable yorker to get rid of Peter Fulton for 4 of 8 balls . Kiwis were in a disaster as they had lost their 3 key batsmen for just 75 runs on the board .

Ponting brought his first bowling change Nathan Bracken who replaced Johnson . He went for 6 runs of his first over . As Styris is yet to get off the mark with 9 balls faced .

Brief Scorecard

New Zealand Batting
S.Fleming c Johnson b Lee 30
J.How 25*
R.Taylor b Lee 4
P.Fulron b Lee 4
S.Styris 0*

Australia Bowling
B.Lee 7-2-34-3
M.Johnson 5-0-38-0

Nice bowling by Lee, but I'm sure the kiwi's can bounce back

New Zealand in a bit of trouble here. Styris and How really need to steady the boat for them. Lee has been a bit expensive but has got 3 crucial wickets.

Excellent update mate, keep it up :)

Thats a bad start by New Zealand. Great bowling from Lee there, already taken 3 wickets, beautiful start. Keep up the good work :happy

Thats a bad start for Kiwis. I expected some big scores.. but it seem it's unlikely to happen now.. :( wait, who knows.. a huge partnership can turn the things around. :)

My Only suggestion is, how about trying to maintain a uniform text color for the body of the content? It increases the readability. Anyways, just my suggestion. :)

isn't this,

heading
Body 1
body 2
body 3

end

better than,

heading

Body 1
body 2
body 3

end

Uniformity and readability of the first one, to me seem to have some standards compared to the latter one.
