Good to see a major sports brand associate with cricket !India land ?25m sponsorship deal

The Indian cricket board has signed a kit sponsorship deal with Nike, worth around ?25m over five years. Nike outbid rivals such as Adidas, Reebok and Slazenger to land the contract, which begins on 1 January.
Vice-president Lalit Modi said India had now become the world's "most valued brand in team sponsorship".
Airline company Sahara, remain the national side's main backers after agreeing a new four-year deal worth almost ?40m on Monday.
"The aim was to maximise the gains for the benefit of the game," Modi said.
"The BCCI is looking at exploring new sources of revenue and will soon open itself to product merchandising, ground sponsorship and other licensing as part of its strategy to market the game."
The figures go a long way towards explaining why the BCCI is the richest cricket board in the world.
England, by comparison, have a four-year sponsorship deal with Vodafone, thought to be worth ?15m.
The West Indies Cricket Board, meanwhile, agreed the biggest deal in their history with Digicel earlier this year which will bring in ?10.5m.
Shows that cricket is getting popular !
Adidas recently became Australia`s kit sponsor.
I was getting bored seeing India play in the sky blue kit but Iam disappointed not to see the tricolour on the new kit !
But, finally we`ll get to see India play in a new ODI kit !
