I dont think I even will dignify that with a response.
Well then let me rephrase my post.

What you're saying is that if injustice has taken place, one should follow the rules and let the authorities know that he/she believes injustice has been done. But if that injustice has been done in front of the whole world, marring a team's name, a nation's honor, sometimes you have to raise a few eyebrows to let the world know that injustice has taken place.

I agree with a few people on the attitude thing as well.

England reverse swing an old ball = fantastic/brilliant players.

Pakistan reverse swing an old ball = cheats.

I guess I made the mistake of thinking that these prejudiced views were not around anymore.
A few pages ago i even said that about England in the ashes!

here it is:
Now I am an England supporter but what if to get the reverse swing in the Ashes they tampered with the ball?

Now I don't believe that happened but what if??

I imagine some find it easier than others.

That wasn't a slur about my intelligence was it? If so then you should grow up and stop this personal vendetta against me.

Regarding reverse-swing, maybe Troy Cooley should say something about it. After all, he was the England bowling coach last year and he must have some insight on whether they tampered or not.

If you truly believe anyone would come out and admit to tampering in the Ashes last year, then I for one DO believe that you have very limited intelligence which you claim is a personal vendetta. Make some comments that prove otherwise.
Edit: And read my post on the previous page before you start on the rules again.

May I remind you that you were preaching about how Pakistan should have responded within the rules of the game, yet you don't even know what half of those rules are. You keep on talking about stuff which you have no real clue about but hope that if you scream it loud enough, people will believe it.

How exactly would he have insight? It's been proven that reverse swing is poissible in a 'natural' way, so unless he's seen something the rest of us haven't then he won't have a clue. Unless of course he throws away his career and puts cricket into a downward spiral by claiming that reverse swing is always achieved by cheating, which as the previous poster pointed out, shows how stupid you can be.

May I remid you that it was one rule which very rarely pops up that i was confused about.

It was a simple suggestion, England have nothing to do with this, yet some people are questioning the validity of England's reverse swing last year so asking Troy Cooley isn't the stupidest thing i've heard of. And is there any need to call me stupid just because you don't agree with my points? i may think that your posts are stupid but I have enough manners and lack of ignoarnce to respcet your point of view.

The stupidity in your argument is imagining anyone would do anything other than approve the validity of England's reverse swing last year. And if England started the ball rolling as is being claimed then they have EVERYthing to do with this unlike what you believe. And I am not calling you stupid, I am calling your views stupid and narrowminded.

Why the harsh words? Can't you just see that i'm trying to get a view from both sides of the argument? Why do I have very limited intelligence when in fact, I know a lot about the sport I love and just because i'm no expert on ball-tampering and this whole scandal, doesn't mean that I am stupid or lacking in intelligence.

And i've already admitted my mistake on the Inzi run-out so there is no need to criticsize me on that regard.

Okay, what do England have to do with this ball-tampering scandal other than a vastly unproven conspiracy that Fletcher asked the umpires about it?

And again, there is no need to call my views stupid.

Let's not butt into arguments that we don't understand, shall we? ;)

EDIT: It's called freedom of speech, by the way.

Thanks for the help but he's had it in for me ever since the Giles debate a while back.

Right, England had the ball reverse swinging in England at exactly this point in time (August/September) against Australia. Yet that is viewed as being legit and England bowling well, yet Pakistan do it and it's considered Cheating. Can you not see the holes in that argument? England have nothing to do with this incident (barring Fletcher if reports are true) but surely you can see that there is a difference in the way the two teams have been treated?

Funny!!!

I say we just not make personal remarks (not pointing the finger at anyone in particular  ) and just keep to the story in hand!
