Pakistan in India Dec-Jan 2012/13

Anwar Ali seems to me an Improved Form of Kumar. Would Love to see Anwar Ali play in a Swinging Track

I seriously just loled at the excitement the Indians are showing at someone bowling above 130kph, really you guys consider that fast? LMFAO!!!!!!

Well Asif used to bowl at 130 KPH and he was one of the best fast bowlers to have come out in recent years. Pace combined with Swing is ideal but you hardly get that with seriously quick bowlers.

----------

Anwar Ali has to consistently bowl at 140 kph if he wants to feature regularly in our team. That is how fast bowling works in Pakistan :thumbs.

A fastbowler should really be averaging 150kph consistently, at present no one does that, Steyn has slow down recently, Akthar and Lee are retired. Kemar Roach seems to have slowed down a bit too, he is one of the new guys who can consistenlty bowl at 150ks and over, would be interesting when he returns to test cricket after a lenghtly delay due to injury.

I can see 3rd ODI being cancelled or shortened; lots of heavy fog in Delhi, and very low / cold temperatures.

If it is played, will be interesting to watch, with temperatures around 2-5 degrees Celsius.

So, you think 140-145kmph is not fast?

Yes. I have seen him swing it, admittedly in a domestic practice match.

If thats the fact, Pakistan might well be overlooking a potential part of their pace attack.

Kolkata seems to favor batting which will surely give India an advantage.India will always have an upper hand over Pak at these kind of tracks because of the strike rate of their batsmen.Except Jamshed no body in our top order has a SR touching 80s.Guys like Azhar Ali make the situation worse for us.I'd like to bring Akmal back in place of him for this match.

And here goes Harsha Bhogle, 'Bhuvneshwar Kumar plays for UP but, Bhuvaneshwar is the capital of Orissa from where Debashish Mohanty comes...'

Had I been the Indian captain, at this point of time, I'd tossed the ball over to Dinda and said C'mon lad, show me your bouncers! He has bowled really well.

I'd have Rohit Sharma in fielding in place of the giraffe Isshannt. India has done that plenty of time before; getting a better fielder in as a substitute for some slow mover in crunch situation.

In other news, WICKET!
