PCB Chairman Zaka Ashraf discussing team matters with his daughter and others.
Says that Rizwan wasn’t made captain because he’s "under the control of Talha Aisham/Rehmani" and that "he has 7-8 players in his hands, including Babar"

BCCI while has not been the best at running cricket, they are not incompetent and corrupt as the other boards. PCB should or not is not upto most of us but comparing BCCI in the same breath as PCB is not apples to apples. PCB and BCB are next level incompetent. Corruption top to bottom in most blatant way.

This I agree with. Entire cricket council needs to be suspended with someone setting up rebel council that is fair to all boards.

So folks, whats the mood for 2024? There is yet another world t20 on the horizon and Pakistan have done very well in the last two editions but with so many changes, do you think the team will be ready and in a good place?

T20 2024- for starters, expect Pakistan to head into the Super 8. The competition in the S8 and their form leading into the same would defined their fortunes. They have a decent side, but it remains to be seen whether the new captain can weave magic. I think not- I think SS Afridi might get bogged down by the pressure and other irrelevant aspects that usually affect Pakistani captains.
2 Tests v Ban
3 Tests v Eng
2 Tests v SA
The England tour might be interesting. Can't say the same about Ban and SA as it depends on wat squad actually turns up to play Pakistan.
