For God's sake, Badree doesn't have variations either. And he hasn't been needed too much with the bat.

That is ridiculous. Imad Wasim is one of the best T20 bowlers Pakistan has. In multiple games, he has taken early wickets and build pressure leading to other players getting wickets. It is hard for him to score decently when he comes in at 7. In England, he often came in early (around the 30-35 over mark); so he was able to build an innings. Nowadays he has to hit the ball from the start.

Personally, I see him as a strong leader within the bowling department. Definitely calmer than Wahab etc, and I want him to play a bigger role in the ODI and t20 squads!

Clearly, you haven't been watching him bowl. But there is no point arguing as you are very stubborn on it.


On a different note, I hope Pakistan move Fakhar to the top of the order. We might be what we need with both Akmal and Shehzad unable to provide the fire at the start.

Actually, he has the delivery that swings towards a right hander and away from a left hander, he has a non-swinging straight ball, and he has the offbreak, which he uses as a surprise ball.
