To add more, Waqar was an All-time great Quick Bowler and he has been exceptionally well and simply among World Greatest Bowlers till date. But that is it. He was a failed captain, a failed coach thrice and always have strange expert talking. The best benefit PCB took from him was when he appointed as a bowling coach solely under Inzy Captaincy. You can best utilize him by appointing him to develop the U 19 and other domestic circuit players but at the end of the day its the choice of the man how he wants to serve Cricket.
