For me, only test series will be a good one, not the T20i series.
2 T20i's, I strongly believe that its evil- master plan of Pakistan Cricket Board for some idiotic bucks. PCB is not starting any PPL type stuff only because of their security concerns, not for some other reasons what they're showing.
50 over cricket needs almost half a day, which most people of UK cannot afford. T20 needs just 3 hours, which many can afford. So, T20 can grab attention of many people, than ODI's, for which PCB took this decision. Its not a guess, but its open secret.

From what I've heard, he's coming back for Asia Cup. So that will be his first step towards playing in England. So hopefully he will be there.
It will be awesome to see Akhtar, Asif, and Aamer bowling together.
What won't be awesome is watching Imran Farhat and the other crapload of batsman we have.
