Pakistan v Australia in England, June-July 2010

You could see how he made that look like it was straighter. Instead of going with the movement, he twisted back toward the stumps.

As I suggested could happen, the aussies are pulling this one back a bit, but anything over 140+ runs lead is going to be hard to claw back to a winning or drawing position if the match isn't too badly affected by the weather.

I can only think of one match in recent times where a side was bowled out for less than 100 and didn't lose, England's 81 vs Sri Lanka was a draw

Watson gets another wicket.

Pakistan should be happy now if they even reach 250 runs.

if they give pakistan 150 or more to chase... Pakistan will lose.

Shoaib Malik should get it through his skull that he should not be giving 5 deliveries to the tail enders. Now he should start hitting out, get some quick runs and get the Aussies back on the pitch while it's still overcast...

Pakistan may be all out soon, but if Australia can bowl like this, imagine what the Pakistani bowlers can do in these conditions.

Shoaib Malik got a first run on the first ball of the over. Not smart. He isn't really protecting the tailenders.

Cant see us lasting the day batting, 2 day test is my prediction. 180+ lead is going to be WAY too much to run down. Forget making enough to bowl Pak out again. If Pak bowl even half has good they will have us all out by stumps easy, though I will be more than happy for us to be 2/200 at stumps too!

Also, looks like my prediction of Pak making between 180 and 300 is spot on! Not all that great a prediction though.

Gotta say too, that the England batsmen must be VERY nervous watching these Pakistan bowlers, does anyone think England's top order is going to pile on the runs??? Going to be a low scoring 4 test series I think later.

I can't wait to see the Pakistani bowlers to bowl against the Australian batsmen.

Any run that in the last wicket partnership will be made is a bonus.

Is there an honour's board at Headingley for international matches?

I can see Australia getting bombed out again. Suddenly the balls swinging like it was in the Australian first innings and there is cloud cover.

Must say that Australia have been pretty unlucky with the weather in England of late. During the Ashes last year during the Lords test (I think). Every time an Aussie came out with a bat giant clouds formed and as soon as they came out with the ball the sun came.

What pace attack though can the aussie's use?

There is Bollinger, Johnson and Hilfenhaus

They need 1 more seamer.
How is the pitch a batting pitch
Pakistan are 235 for 9.

Gotta give Watson all credit, his bowling has been right on the spot in both tests, not too wide or short, his length has been excellent. Done miles more than wouldve been expected of him, and is putting Johnson and Bollinger to shame. He's even bowled a more consistent line than Hilfy too. Shove him down the order, make him bowl more, drop North, and bring in Hughes!!

Look, I accept it's a wrong decision, and I've moved on. No big deal, wrong decisions often occur. But don't say that it wasn't a bad decision !

kaneria has improved his batting.... he does not look like a no.11 anymore...

more like a no.10 now
