Pakistan v Australia in England, June-July 2010

its 2-2 now

its even now, though early katich wicket would have been nice..... not sure why UDRS not being used here (economical reasons?)

What's the 2nd in favour of Australia? The Clarke LBW decision? If so, I think that was a fair enough decision. Wasn't too much of an appeal, he was a long way forward and it was only just clipping the top of the stumps. I didn't give it out in real time.

Excellent bowling from Danish against Johnson there. Pakistan well on top at the moment. We'll have to see how well they bat.

Great seam bowling here. Loving the performance from Pakistan. If their batting can hold up then this should be an excellent, low scoring game. Could be a tough game for England too, at this rate! :)

How are the ticket sales for the Headingley test match, by the way. Probably got a good chance of some very good crowds up in Leeds.

Last time I checked Australia were 121-2 or so. They really have collapsed after the wicket of Clarke. Then to think that Katich shouldn't have even reached 80 runs, because he was out LBW for under 10 runs.

Although Pakistan is going good, they always find a way to loose.

Really pleased to see how well Pakistan did to fight back against Australia. They really showed how strong their bowling lineup is having a bowler for most conditions.

Tomorrow will be the day of reckoning though in my eyes as I feel that Pakistan's batting could collapse to an embarrassing score or perform really well.

For anyone who follows domestic cricket in Pakistan how good are the two debutantes and have they been subjected to the sheer pace that Australia posses?

Umar Amin has a very solid technique and can cope with the pace of Bollinger and co as he has been on 'A' team tours I believe to Australia - so he, like Umar Akmal will have been exposed to that.

As far as Azhar Ali is concerned, he's a grinder - he'll hold up the crease, and keep one end safe and score runs at a snail pace - but he'll stick to the crease, and that's what is important for Pakistan. Technically he is ok, but he has determination, which may prove to work.

Great day for Pakistan...but can we break this partnership early tomorrow? that will be the key. Hussey continues to hurt us, we just can't seem to get him out.

Tomorrow will be a crucial day for Pakistan, we need to bat well.
