Any possibility of an early access version: just joined up to the Dirt Rally early access and must say it is pretty cool.......would love something like that for DBC16

I have been saying this for at LEAST a year - I think it's a great model for niche games to really give the community what they want AND have them contribute in a really positive way before launch. PC early access, make it great, release console version. Easy.

Hear Hear! ...we kinda got early access in us being given weekly updates to the DBC nets feature, within the standalone Academy feature as well. Had they expanded that to bowling and/or fielding practice, we might have been able to iron out a few of those issues earlier in the process as well maybe? But yeah, we kinda got early access to select features. I thought that was pretty neat.

Doesn't matter whatever approach Big Ant takes, it's great news for us cricket gaming fans they are continuing with the DBC franchise

I hope the focus will be solely on PC and current-gen consoles. I don't see the point in making the game for X360/PS3 as surely it would be best to just concentrate on making the game to maximise newer technology.

It will take a long time for PS4/XBOne to outnumber PS3/X360 so I would imagine they will focus on those. I still don't have a good reason to upgrade my PS3 and there are plenty of folks who are in the same boat.

It would be understandable if it was a company like EA, e.g. still making Fifa for old-gen considering they have vast resources so it would make more sense for @BigAntStudios to focus on making a game that will utilise the capabilities of PC/XB1/PS4 making the game better and taking it to the next level.

Ross has confirmed that the next iteration will be on previous gen as well...
