Patch 3 Requests/Wishlist

Another thing that I would like them to tweak is reverse sweep is always going towards point nut in real life its more finer than that , more to backward point or gully region...

It's only been 255 days since release and around 3 months since the last update, you can't rush these things. I'm sure we'll see patch 3 in the fullness of time.
 
im not denying that making things perfect takes time, all i ever wanted was 2 player co-op which is the only reason im waiting for patch 3, the game is great as it is.

You have to know that the patch will release without any announcement...Like one day when you open the forum there will be a new thread named Patch 3 [or whatever version it is] is Live..Started by Big Ant Studios...;)

Lets hope some of the weird lag with bowlers is fixed after disconnection, I can live with any new changes the Bosses make, pretty sure it will be aweeesssssoooomme lol

Missed mentioning the tweak required for spinners bowling too many doosra than the stock deliveries, mainly in career mode....
 
One thing I noticed is when a new batsmen comes in, the AI attacks rather than defends in the latter stages of an innings. Which makes it easier to hit sixes at the end of the innings as most of the fielders are inside the inner circle. Does anyone else have this problem?

Edit: Only noticed this when I was playing a tour against England as Sri Lanka.

Its there in all the modes in the game...Expected tweak in patch #3..
 
1. Going down the wicket to play a shot against spinners or medium pacers always goes in he air.There should be an option where we an hit the ball on the ground.
2. Similar goes with sweeps and reverse sweeps.There should be an option where we can hit the ball in the air.
3.Good length ball ie pressing the x button on the controller which is normally marked with green circle.We can also use this x button to use short balls too by releasing the ball late.I think good length ball that is green circle ball should always pith below 8 mts length not above.Its very difficult to pick whether its good length or short length and people misuse it mainly in online games.Similar logic goes to full length ball ie the triangular button which can also be used to ball short balls.
In short color of the ball should be the ultimate to decide the length red short. green good length and yellow full length.
even if people try to misuse it the triangular button on the joystick should always to a full length no matter when we release it.
 
career mode single difficulty level lock....can be at the expense of not posting to the leader board...


the skill points earned over the course of career while may help a bit in the same difficulty level do not really warrant or hold up against a difficulty level up.

also if its going to be jump it should be across both domestic and intl ... having them at different difficulties really messes up your gameplay especially playing P40 match before a deciding test match against england.


While i play most of my career on legend ..sometimes i like being able to play a more fluent career on PRO were im not required to put in all my energy in the game..like at legend level.

right now if i start on pro i end up alternating between pro and veteran once im selected for intl teams.which really affects my game pace. dont want to start on amateur too easy.. not on veteran cause it will move me to legend.

if im able to have a career that i can lock on veteran or pro like legend difficulty it would be good and also allow me to have a varied amount of careers and increase career replay-ability.

Also another thing im noticing is if you get selected for T20I and ODI , and you haven't been yet selected for aus shield.. then you get only 4 -5 FC matches which makes it difficult to make a strong case for test selection.
